CCA Configuration Analyst

Configuration Professional with strong, hands-on experience in Cognizant's Clinical CareAdvance (CCA) and TriZetto Communication System (TCS).

This is a 3-month contract role, 100% remote, PST hours. Our client is a Blues plan.

This is a highly technical, SME-level role requiring deep configuration expertise across components such as letters, forms, assessments, guidelines, and ABRE rules. The ideal candidate is someone who can independently translate business requirements into system configuration and drive workflow automation across Care Management and Utilization Management.

1.What hands-on configuration work have you done specifically in Clinical CareAdvance (CCA) and TriZetto Communication System (TCS)? Which components have you personally built (e.g., letters, forms, assessments, ABRE rules)?

2. Can you describe a specific example where you translated business requirements into system configuration within CCA or TCS? What did you configure end-to-end?

3. Have you used CCA or TCS to automate workflows (such as business rules, campaigns, or care plans)? If so, what did you build and own?

4. In your most recent role, were you the primary owner of CCA/TCS configuration, or were you supporting someone else? What areas were you fully responsible for?
