Change Management Lead (Contract)
£600 per day | Outside IR35 | UK (Hybrid/Remote)
Duration: Initial 6 months

Talent Today is partnering with a key client to secure an experienced Change Management Lead for a high-impact transformation programme.

This is not a generalist Programme Manager with change exposure. We are specifically seeking a Change specialist who has built their career in Change Management and can lead from the front. We are looking for someone Prosci trained/practioner

The Role

• Lead change delivery across a c£20m+ cost-saving transformation programme (approx. 80% focus)
• Drive adoption, engagement, and behavioural change across the business
• Shape and embed Change Management best practice
• Support internal uplift of Change capability across the PM community (approx. 20%)
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and outcomes

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Change Management Lead on large-scale transformation programmes
• Strong track record delivering business-critical change initiatives end-to-end
• Deep expertise in structured Change methodologies
• Prosci certified (essential) - Practitioner level or above
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on delivery level
