Change Management Specialist

24 month contract Dallas, TX, Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN Hybrid onsite role W2 Only

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience within Change Management, System Design or Organization Change projects
• The Change Management Specialist will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing change initiatives to Proven experience within the support of organizational transformation.
• Experience working closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes, with a focus on minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption of new processes or systems.
• Experience with business process design and re-engineering.
• Knowledge of banking industry operations, systems, and regulatory considerations.

Ideal to have:

Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP . Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in financial services.
