Checkpoint Engineer

We're currently looking for experienced Check Point professionals for an upcoming enterprise security project starting next month.

• Initial 3-month contract/ASAP start
• OUTSIDE IR35
• Primarily remote, Occasional travel to Birmingham, Manchester and London

Key experience required

• Strong hands-on experience administering and implementing Check Point Firewalls
• Experience configuring security policies, NAT and VPNs
• Firewall migrations, upgrades and rulebase optimisation
• Experience with Check Point SmartConsole and security management platforms
• Enterprise network security design experience
• Troubleshooting and support within complex enterprise environments
• Ability to work across both engineering and design activities

Desirable experience

• Check Point Maestro/VSX/ClusterX
• Relevant certifications (CCSA/CCSE)
