Company Introduction

We are seeking a seasoned Network SME/Engineer to lead the end-to-end implementation of enterprise campus and branch networks leveraging Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center), Cisco Wireless (Catalyst/9800 controllers), and Cisco ISE for secure network access. The role will define build and migration waves and ensure operational excellence and security compliance.

Job Responsibilities & Required Skills

Implementation Engineer - Key Responsibilities

  • Execute enterprise campus network implementations using Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center), including assurance, automation, SDA (where applicable), and policy deployment.
  • Implement Cisco Wireless solutions, including RF design, capacity planning, 802.11ax/6E readiness, WLC HA architecture, and location/analytics services.
  • Deploy Cisco ISE architectures, including distributed personas, HA design, profiling, posture, BYOD/Guest, TACACS
  • Deliver detailed configuration guides, AAA, DNS/DHCP, segmentation (SDA/VRF/VN), QoS, and resiliency.
  • Lead build, configuration, and cutover activities for DNAC onboarding, SWIM golden image deployment, templating, PnP workflows, and automation-driven device lifecycle management.

Primary Skills (Must Have)

Routing & Switching

  • Deploy Cisco Catalyst switching solutions across access, distribution, and core layers, including 9000 Series (9300/9400/9500/9600) platforms.
  • Implement Layer 2 and Layer 3 network designs, including VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, routed access, VRRP/HSRP, and dynamic routing (OSPF/BGP/EIGRP).
  • Configure segmentation and security controls, including VRF-lite, SDA fabric integration (BN/EN), SGT/SGACL enforcement, ACLs, DHCP snooping, DAI, IP Source Guard, and port security.
  • Implement switch provisioning workflows including PnP, ZTP, and template based automation via Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC).
  • Deploy QoS policies for voice, video, and data traffic, including classification, marking, queueing, and congestion avoidance.
  • Integrate Catalyst switches with Cisco ISE for 802.1X/MAB, CoA, dACLs, profiling, and posture support.
