Cleaner Schiphol Airport

As a cleaner at Schiphol, you will contribute to maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for both customers and employees. Working behind customs, you will ensure that various spaces are spotless and welcoming. With your attention to detail and proactive attitude, you will play a key role in upholding the high standards expected at Schiphol. You will work independently while being part of a supportive team that values collaboration and mutual assistance.

What You Will Do:

• Clean: office spaces, general areas, and restrooms located behind customs at Schiphol.
• Empty: trash bins and ensure the spaces maintain a tidy and professional appearance.
• Follow: specific customs procedures and adhere to safety instructions while performing your tasks.
• Utilize: and maintain cleaning materials provided by the company to ensure effective and efficient cleaning.
• Work: within a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, including one weekend day every other week.

• Hourly salary between €15.52 and €17.05 (from age 20).
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time role of 40 hours per week.
• 8% holiday allowance and a 5% year-end bonus after 6 months.
• All necessary cleaning supplies provided by us.
• Opportunities to earn certifications if you wish.

We are looking for a detail-oriented cleaner with a proactive attitude who thrives in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in cleaning and maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work independently and with precision.
• Proficient in understanding and speaking English, any Dutch is a big plus.
• Available from Monday - Friday from 14:00 - 21:30, and once every 14 days on Sunday for three hours (you decide the time).
• Resides near Schiphol for easy commuting.
• Schiphol pass or a valid driver's license is a plus.
