Client Onboarding Analyst

Contract Type: Temporary

• Contract Length: 12 months.
• Daily Rate: 200.00 Umbrella
• Working Pattern: Full Time, hybrid 3 days in office based in Belfast. Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional client satisfaction while adhering to global audit, compliance, risk, and control requirements.
• Own onboarding requests from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and swift process.
• Communicate progress and status updates to both internal and external stakeholders regularly.
• Manage your pipeline of requests, providing timely updates and follow-ups.
• Proactively identify and escalate any issues that may arise during the onboarding process.
• Analyse data on end-to-end processes to track turnaround times and improve efficiencies.

What We are Looking For:

• A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Experience in KYC, compliance, or client onboarding is a plus!
