About Your New Job

As the IAM Platform Delivery & Operations Lead, you will:

  • Lead and oversee the delivery and day to day operation of Identity & Access Management platforms, focusing on Infrastructure Resilience and Automation.
  • Architect, build, and maintain large scale cloud environments (primarily Azure; AWS experience acceptable) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Open Tofu.
  • Implement robust environment lifecycle management practices, including patching, rehydration, automated rebuilds, gold image strategies, and disaster recovery.
  • Streamline release management processes, leveraging tools like Jenkins and AKS Kubernetes for efficient and resilient deployments.
  • Collaborate with geographically diverse teams across time zones, using tools like Confluence and JIRA for project delivery and documentation.
What Skills You Need
  • Strong experience with Azure cloud platforms (AWS considered), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or Open Tofu, ARM/Bicep).
  • Hands on background in release management, Jenkins, and both virtual machine and AKS Kubernetes environments.
  • Proven track record in large multinational organizations, working with cross functional teams across multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, and best practices in infrastructure automation, resilience, and lifecycle management.
What's on Offer
  • Competitive pay rate: 450€ 500€ per day
  • Contract duration: 6 months
  • Flexible work model: 1 week onsite, 3 weeks remote per month this year, moving to fully onsite from late 2027
