Job Title: Senior CNC Mill & Lathe Programmer
Pay Range: $38 - $48 (DOE)
Shift Schedule: Flexible hours available, with overtime opportunities

This is a clean, air-conditioned, well-lit facility where managers are hands-on and employees think and act like owners.
Responsibilities Include:
• Program complex 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling operations using Mastercam
• Develop advanced toolpaths for high-tolerance prototype and short-run production parts
• Optimize cycle times, tooling strategies, and fixturing for efficiency and repeatability
• Collaborate with engineering and leadership on manufacturability and process improvements
• Set up and prove out first-piece runs as needed
• Interpret complex blueprints including GD&T to tight aerospace/medical tolerances
• Perform in-process inspections and validate quality standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in programming and machining processes
Qualifications Include:
• 7+ years of CNC milling experience with advanced programming expertise
• Mastercam programming experience required (5-axis experience strongly preferred)
• Proven experience programming complex aerospace or medical components
• Strong understanding of high-speed machining strategies and toolpath optimization
• Advanced blueprint reading skills including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Strong knowledge of cutting tools, workholding, and fixturing design
• Ability to work independently in a prototype-driven environment
• Leadership mindset with willingness to mentor junior machinists
• U.S. citizenship required (ITAR)
• Reliable transportation and valid, unrestricted driver's license
