CNC Lathe Setup/Programmer 1st shift

CNC Operator Duties and Responsibilities Setup and Operate multiple CNC Mazak Lathes (Models such as QT15, Nexus 200, Nexus 250, and QT18N) Inspection of parts for finish and is within tolerances. Recognizing defects and making adjustments to machines or notifying supervisor. CNC Operator Qualifications and Requirements Ability to setup and operate CNC Lathes is required. Programming on Mazatrol is necessary (EIA/ISO G-code) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings. Ability to read precision measuring tools. (Micrometers, gauges calipers and indicators, ETC). Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
