Adecco is partnering with a local manufacturing client to hire
CNC Machine Operators for both 1st and 2nd shifts. This role is responsible for the basic operation of CNC mills and lathes while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am - 3:30pm
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3pm - 11:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload fixtures and operate CNC mills and lathes
- Perform basic routine maintenance on equipment
- Inspect parts using go/no-go gauges
- Meet daily production goals and standards
- Track production using the company ERP system
- Communicate with supervisors, engineering, quality, and production teams
- Complete required paperwork accurately and timely
- Follow all safety policies, wear required PPE, and report issues immediately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and support 5S initiatives
Qualifications
- Prior CNC machine operation experience required
- General mechanical aptitude preferred
- Experience using hand tools
- Ability to follow instructions, maintain attendance, and work reliably
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance as needed)
- Ability to lift, push, and pull materials
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday
