What You'll Do
• Set up and run CNC machines with confidence
• Dial in precision with full dimensional inspections
• Own First Article prove-outs and process adjustments
• Keep production flowing while meeting quality + productivity goals
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve processes
• Work alongside a tight-knit team to hit shared targets

What You Bring
• Strong blueprint reading + GD&T knowledge (ASME Y14.5 is a big plus)
• CNC setup & operation experience (programming = bonus points)
• Mastery of inspection tools (micrometers, bore gages, CMMs, etc.)
• Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Can handle being on your feet and lifting up to 40 lbs
• Have 3+ years of machining & CNC setup experience
