Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Milford, NH to bring on CNC Operators! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity on 2nd shift with strong pay and growth potential.

Pay Rate: $26.45/HR
Location: Milford, NH
Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM
Job Description
We are looking for CNC Operators to run and monitor machining equipment in a precision manufacturing environment. This role involves working with both CNC and conventional machines to produce high-quality parts while learning setup processes and advancing technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Pay Details: $26.45 per hour

Job Description
We are looking for CNC Operators to run and monitor machining equipment in a precision manufacturing environment. This role involves working with both CNC and conventional machines to produce high-quality parts while learning setup processes and advancing technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines and machining centers to produce metal and non-metal parts
- Run multiple machines simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Perform basic setups on simple jobs and learn advanced setup processes
- Load materials and ensure proper machine operation
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous CNC or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and understand basic GD&T concepts
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and push/pull up to 25 lbs regularly
- Frequent use of hands for tools and machine operation
- Ability to work in a production environment with moderate to high noise levels
