CAD/CAM TechnicianAbout the RoleWe're looking for a detail-driven
CAD/CAM Technician who enjoys turning great designs into real, machined parts. In this role, you'll use
AutoCAD (Inventor experience is a plus) to create precise designs and convert them into CNC-ready programs and 3D print files. You'll collaborate closely with production teams to ensure designs are accurate, efficient, and production-ready.If you love design, machining, and problem-solving-and want to see your work come to life-this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Design and refine parts using AutoCAD (Inventor preferred).
- Create CNC programs using Mastercam (preferred).
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Use measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.) to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Work with production teams to troubleshoot design and machining challenges.
- Maintain and organize design files using Microsoft Office tools.
- Support flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD required; Mastercam preferred).
- Strong understanding of CNC machining and 3D printing processes.
- Ability to read and work from blueprints and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and measurement tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
Pay & Perks$21.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience
Overtime opportunities available
