CNC Programmer

CNC Milling & Turning Programmer Location: South El Monte, CA Pay: $40â $45/hr Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:00AM - 3:30PM Full-Time A growing manufacturing company in the South El Monte area is seeking an experienced CNC Milling & Turning Programmer to join their team. This role will be responsible for programming CNC mills and lathes, optimizing machining processes, and producing high-quality precision components. Responsibilities: Program CNC mill and lathe machines to produce precision parts Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Work with Fanuc controls for CNC programming and operation Utilize Mastercam, Fusion 360, or Inventor CAM to develop toolpaths Troubleshoot machining issues and improve production efficiency Follow quality standards and safety procedures Collaborate with engineering and production teams Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer Strong experience with CNC milling and turning Experience with Fanuc controls Proficiency in Mastercam, Fusion 360, or Inventor CAM Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Benefits may include: Health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
