Job Title: CNC Router Operator
Location: Northborough, MA
Shift: 1st shift
Pay: $21 to $30 per hour - depending on experience
Position Summary Adecco is working with a growing manufacturing company in Northborough, MA! We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Router Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC routing machines and supporting programming functions using CAD/CAM software. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on routing experience and programming knowledge looking to grow in a dynamic production environment.
Key Responsibilities • Operate CNC routers to cut and shape materials according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Utilize CAD/CAM software to assist with programming and toolpath generation
• Set up machines, including tooling, fixtures, and materials
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy using measuring tools
• Perform routine maintenance and keep machines/work area clean
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes
Qualifications • Previous CNC routing experience required
• Experience with CAD or CAM programming required
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Skills • Experience working with wood, plastics, composites, or aluminum
• Knowledge of tool selection, feeds, and speeds
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to troubleshoot basic machine or programming issues

Pay Details: $21.00 to $30.00 per hour
