Job DescriptionJob Description Build What Matters in Cerritos

At our advanced manufacturing site in Cerritos, CA, an elite team of about 100 professionals has spent nearly 30 years pushing the boundaries of precision manufacturing. With brand-new, state-of-the-art machines joining a fleet that includes mills, lathes, mill-turns, and grinders, we power some of the world's premier technology companies.

A Day in the Life

6:00 AM: You're at the control of a Mori Seiki or DMG turning center, dialing in tooling and offsets for a critical first article. You review blueprints and 3D models, translate GD&T into action, then program directly at the machine or in Esprit. A few smart G-code/M-code edits later, chips are flying.

Mid-morning: You check dimensions with micrometers, calipers, and gauges, validate in-process quality, and partner with teammates across the shop to keep workflow smooth and on-time. By 2:30 PM, your work is complete-leaving your evenings open thanks to our consistent 1st shift schedule (Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM).
