Interim Communications Lead (6-Month Contract)
Rate: £600-£700 per day (Inside IR35)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Communications Lead to join a dynamic organisation on an initial 6-month contract. This role will play a critical part in shaping and delivering high-impact communications across a complex change environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy aligned to organisational objectives
Lead internal and external communications during a period of transformation and change
Partner with senior stakeholders to craft clear, engaging messaging
Oversee content creation across multiple channels (digital, Intranet, leadership comms, etc.)
Manage communications planning, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment
Provide expert advice on reputation management and stakeholder engagement
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communications activities
Key Requirements
Proven experience in a senior communications role, ideally within large or complex organisations
Strong background in change communications and transformation programmes
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing multiple communication channels and campaigns
Ability to operate at pace and adapt in a fast-moving environment
Desirable
Experience in regulated or professional services environments
Background in consultancy or interim assignments

Competitive day rate of £600-£700 (Inside IR35)
