Compensation Manager - EU Pay Transparency
We are currently recruiting for a Compensation Manager with EU Pay Transparency experience to join one of our Global Insurance Clients on a 6 month contract.
Please note this role is Inside IR35.
We are looking for hands-on experience in gender pay gap reporting, pay transparency, or equal pay initiatives, who can combine technical reward expertise with disciplined project management and strong influencing skills.
