Target Operating Model Design Retail Financial Services Ex Big 4 Consultancy London 800- 1000/day inside IR35

Our client is looking for an Organisation-wide Target Operating Model Design Consultant to work with them, translating the Organisational Design through to an Operational Target Operating Model.

Your background will likely be in one of the Big 4 consultancies - and with Retail Financial Services experience. They have already created Org Design - so now need a consultant to design the TOM and then work with them to implement it.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Target Operating Model Design
• Target Operating Model Implementation
• Ex Big Four Consultancy
• Financial Services
• Strong communication and amazing stakeholder management skills.

Location: Mainly remote - with travel to their offices for meetings (London / South East)

800/ 1000 per day (inside IR35)
