Financial Services Contact Centre Advisor

Location: LondonContract: 5 monthsRate: £200 per day (Umbrella)Hours: 5pm-9pm Environment: Office-based

We're supporting a financial services project that handles inbound calls from customers needing updates on their pensions, savings, and compensation claims. You'll be part of a small team (around 12 people), managing back-to-back calls and providing calm, clear updates - particularly to customers who may be elderly or vulnerable.

What you'll be doing
  • Handling incoming calls and giving accurate updates on pension/financial product queries
  • Speaking with vulnerable customers with patience, empathy, and professionalism
  • Working within a regulated financial services environment
  • Logging information clearly and following set processes
  • Supporting a high-volume contact centre team and maintaining strong service standards
What you'll bring
  • Background in financial services, banking, pensions, SIPs, savings or compensation work
  • Confident telephone manner and ability to handle sensitive conversations
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a structured, process-led environment
  • Ability to work office-based within the set hours (5pm-9pm)
