Location: Brooklyn, NY (Onsite Monday-Friday)Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMDuration: 6-month contract (high possibility of extensions in increments)Compensation Range: $55.00 - $65.00/hr W2We are seeking a Senior Content Designer to join a high-impact Payments team within a leading global financial institution. In this role, you will focus on UX writing for digital applications and web pages, specifically navigating complex B2B workflows and multi-step transaction systems.You will be a "first responder" for content troubleshooting while simultaneously working on high-level redesigns of legacy systems and "greenfield" AI-driven products. This is a technical UX role centered on screen-based interaction content-not long-form marketing or instructional writing.Responsibilities:UX Writing & Design: Create clear, concise interaction content for application flows, tooltips, error messaging, and activation journeys.Complex Workflows: Design content for B2B interactions that include intricate logic gates and variables within the Payments Transaction System.Standardization: Contribute to and scale internal style guides, content patterns, and design standards to ensure consistency across platforms.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Legal/Compliance teams to guide content through rigorous review and accessibility validation.Innovation: Leverage AI tooling and emerging technologies to optimize content creation for next-generation financial products.
