Corporate - Business Analyst IV

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Corporate - Business Analyst IV to join an energy and utilities company in Lake Charles, LA. This is a 12-month contract to start with the potential for extensions.

Pay: $44.00 - $49.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Description: Responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting decision-making through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring business needs are clearly defined and addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis efforts for projects and initiatives
• Analyze complex data sets and business processes
• Develop recommendations to improve efficiency, performance, and profitability
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirement-gathering sessions
• Create detailed reports, presentations, and business cases
• Mentor junior analysts and review their work

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 47+ years of experience
• Strong analytical, presentation, and business acumen
