Courier Business Development Manager

We are recruiting for a Courier Business Development Manager to join our client's team in West Drayton. This role would suit someone with at least 6 months of experience in courier sales, outbound sales, or a call centre environment who is looking to develop their career within the logistics industry.

This is a field-based sales role focused on generating new business, attending client meetings, and building strong customer relationships.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Salary: Up to £30,000 basic + uncapped commission and performance bonuses

• Generate new business opportunities within your assigned area
• Make outbound sales calls to arrange appointments
• Attend client meetings and convert prospects into customers
• Work towards and exceed sales targets
• Follow up leads via phone and email
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
• Promote domestic and international courier services
• Build and maintain professional client relationships

• Minimum 6 months' experience within sales, telesales, courier sales, or a call centre role
• Confident attending face-to-face meetings and making cold calls
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and progress
