CPQ Rollout Business Analyst - Oracle

Business Process Analyst (Oracle CPQ) - 12 Month Contract | £500/day Outside IR35

Locations (Hybrid - 2 days onsite):
London/Fareham/South Cerney

Programme Overview:
Join a major Europe-wide transformation programme focused on modernising CPQ and commercial systems, including:

• Upgrade of Oracle CPQ
• Replacement of Legacy Oracle CX with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Integration with Syndigo PIM
• Large-scale CPQ rollout across multiple European markets

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to play a key role in analysing, mapping, and optimising business processes across a complex CPQ transformation programme. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure processes are clearly defined, scalable, and aligned with the new system landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business process mapping and optimisation activities (Lucid experience essential)
• Facilitate discovery workshops and gather detailed business requirements
• Analyse current ( as-is ) and design future ( to-be ) processes across CPQ workflows
• Support the Oracle CPQ upgrade and rollout across European regions
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with:
  • Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations)
  • Syndigo PIM
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation
• Work with stakeholders and 3rd party vendors to ensure alignment on process design
• Support change management and business readiness activities

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst on CPQ or similar transformation programmes
• Strong expertise in business process modelling tools (Lucidchart essential)
• Experience working across:
  • System upgrades and transformations
  • Legacy system decommissioning
  • PIM and ERP integrations
• Hands-on experience with CPQ platforms (any vendor)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to translate business needs into clear process documentation

Desirable Experience:

• Exposure to:
  • Oracle CPQ
  • Syndigo PIM
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O)
• Experience within software reseller or distribution environments
