Creative Process Specialist (Onsite)

Location: Brooklyn, NY (Onsite)Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMDuration: 6-month contract (possibility of extension)Full-time or Part-time: Full-timeCompensation Range: $32.50 - $40.62/hr W2We are seeking a highly organized and technically-minded Creative Process Specialist to manage and optimize our UX tool stack. In this role, you will be the backbone of the design team's operations, ensuring that tools like Figma, FigJam, and Lucid are governed correctly and utilized to their full potential. You will also play a key role in piloting and integrating AI design tools into our enterprise workflows. Responsibilities:Tool Administration & Governance: Provide daily support for the UX tool stack. Configure access controls, manage permissions, and enforce governance standards for plugins, library structures, and version control.Enablement & Designer Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and feature requests. Create internal playbooks, documentation, and lead "office hours" to help designers work more efficiently.AI Design Tool Support: Execute pilot operations for new AI tools, manage participant onboarding, synthesize feedback, and provide recommendations for broader adoption.Operational Rigor: Maintain the "single source of truth" for approved tools, tracking impact signals, adoption rates, and common friction points to report back to leadership.
