Pay Details: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Rep include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner
- Taking calls from customers about their accounts and orders
- Troubleshooting issues and resolving in a timely manner
- Scheduling customers for service
- 2+ years exp as a Customer Service position in a similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have fast and accurate data entry skills
- Must be highly organized with ability to prioritize
