Immediate opening for a Customer Service Rep for this Danbury area company. Pay rate $20hr. .

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Rep include but are not limited to the following:
  • Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner
  • Taking calls from customers about their accounts and orders
  • Troubleshooting issues and resolving in a timely manner
  • Scheduling customers for service
Customer Service Rep candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
  • 2+ years exp as a Customer Service position in a similar position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Must be highly organized with ability to prioritize
Hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Fridays

Pay rate $20 hr

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
