Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:
- Route Monitoring & Logistics: Monitor the progress of delivery routes through specialized computer programs. Check in drive teams and accurately input data regarding products returned from routes.
- Customer & Partner Support: Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure outstanding service. Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner while diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Order Management: Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders. Scan haul-away pods, verify stamps, and ensure all documentation meets commitment standards.
- Operational Execution: Support a fast-paced team by multitasking effectively and delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations under pressure.
Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office programs, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Communication & Problem Solving: Strong customer service skills with the ability to satisfactorily resolve complex issues and maintain professional communication.
- Experience & Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1 year of related experience (preferably within a call center or logistics environment) is a plus.
- Organization: Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work an onsite second shift schedule.

Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
