Are you a recent graduate with an Accounting-related degree and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and developing their accounting knowledge in a commercial setting.
What you'll be doing

• Providing first-line support to customers via phone and email.
• Responding to customer enquiries in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Researching and resolving accountancy-related queries.
• Building your knowledge of accounting processes and specialist products/services.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.

What we're looking for

• A degree that includes Accounting or a related discipline, or an equivalent accounting qualification.
• At least 6 months' customer service experience gained within retail, hospitality, leisure, customer support, or similar environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
• The ability to remain calm and organised when managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
