Cutover Manager - d365 F&O, CE, ATP, CTP

Xpertise are looking for an experienced Cutover Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement (CE) to lead complex cutover and go-live activities across large-scale enterprise programmes.

The ideal candidate will combine strong cutover and go-live leadership with hands-on knowledge of end-to-end business processes, ATP/CTP, integrations, and software development life cycles, and will be comfortable operating in high-pressure, senior-stakeholder environments, ideally within M&A or private equity-backed transformations.

Candidates will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a Cutover Manager
• Proven experience on large-scale Dynamics/d365 F&O and CE implementations
• A strong understanding of finance, supply chain, sales, customer service, and order-to-cash processes.
• Proven experience defining and managing cutover plans, runbooks, dependency models, rehearsal cycles, and go-live readiness assessments
• Proven experience of ATP/CTP planning, validation, and execution across technology, data, and business workstreams
• Proven experience managing complex integration cutovers, including upstream and downstream systems, Middleware, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Proven experience leading data migration cutover activities, including reconciliation, validation, and sign-off in collaboration with data and business owners.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional mock cutovers and dress rehearsals, ensuring all teams are prepared for live deployment.
• Proven experience of business readiness, risk and issue management etc.
• Experience supporting testing across SIT and UAT with cutover readiness.
• Experience in M&A, carve-out, or private equity environments is highly beneficial.

Role is outside IR35 - hybrid - North West - 2-3 days onsite
