Cyber Security Consultant

Our global client requires a Contract Cyber Security Consultant to lead and deliver third-party access security, supply chain security, threat modelling, and secure design assurance for high-profile projects ensuring secure partner integration, mitigating supplier risk, supporting M&A design assurance, and operating in a hybrid security-engineering role to enable strategic focus.

• Day Rate: £700-£750pd
• IR35 Status: Inside
• Travel: 2 days a week in Hertfordshire

• Lead and support third-party access security, supply chain security, threat modelling, and secure design, with the majority of focus in these areas.
• Deliver real-time secure architecture and design assurance on live, high-profile projects from day one - particularly where third-party partners require access to IP and design tooling.
• Conduct third-party security assessments and mitigate supplier risk, ensuring secure external partner integration across the semiconductor supply chain.
• Support M&A activity where required, specifically around third-party design assurance and secure integration (secondary focus area).
• Operate in a hybrid security-engineering capacity, reporting into Cyber Defence Operations but working closely with engineering teams to reduce tactical workload and enable leadership to focus on strategic priorities.
