D365 CE Developer - Outside IR35

Role: Dynamics 365 CE Developer
Location: Remote with occasional travel to client site in London
IR35 status: Outside

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Developer to design, develop, and customize CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The role involves working closely with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)
Core Dynamics & Development
* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM

vSolid experience in:
o C# and .NET
o Plugin Development (custom plugins, workflow activities)

Experience with:
o Power Platform (Power Apps - Model-driven, Power Automate, Canvas App)
o Dataverse (entities, relationships, security model)

Scripting & Integration
* Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for client-side Scripting
* Experience developing REST APIs/Web API integrations
* Knowledge of integration patterns with external systems

Tools & Practices
Experience with:
o Plugin Registration tool
o XRMToolbox
o Visual Studio/VS Code
o Solution deployment and environments management
Understanding of source control (Git/Azure DevOps)

Database & Querying
* Working knowledge of:
o Dataverse/SQL concepts
o FetchXML/QueryExpression
