A leading global pharmaceutical organisation is entering a critical phase of its ERP transformation and is looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to take control of delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving end-to-end delivery of a large-scale ERP implementation
• Keeping the programme on track across timelines, scope, and quality
• Putting structure around delivery through clear governance and frameworks
• Acting as the key point of contact for senior stakeholders across the business
• Leading the ongoing rollout of Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Supporting and guiding an experienced project team
• Identifying risks early and ensuring they are managed effectively

What You Bring

• Strong track record delivering ERP projects at scale
• Hands on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
• 7+ years in project management roles
• Confidence operating within structured governance environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience in complex or regulated industries (pharma is a plus)
