Job Title: Data Analyst

Level: Entry, Junior

Location: Hertfordshire, UK

Dates: Monday-Friday 8:00-17:00 (8 hours per day)

Salary and Benefits:

• £30,000-£32,000 per annum
• Full technical industry training will be provided
• A chance to be a pivitoal part in the operations within a leading UK Energy Provider

Role Purpose:

We are actively seeking a well-rounded candidate who will be comfortable with both customer facing duties and management of data within a growing UK Energy Provider.

Day to Day Duties:

• Data analysis and interpretation, processing industry data and communicating with customers about their energy bills.
• Speaking to domestic and commercial customers and other industry parties on the phone.
• Managing technical queries surrounding smart meters. (Training provided.)
• Extracting, manipulating and validating data and running reports.
• Interpreting Industry dataflows.
• Identifying ways to continuously improve data interpretation.

Attributes Required:

• Excellent Communication Skills with customers

• IT literate with database and Excel skills

• Analytical and problem solving skills to spot trends / errors and highlight/rectify

• Full UK Drivers License

Desireable Attributes:

• Experience in the Energy Sector
• Customer service expereince (any sector)
• Any relevant Qualification to Data Analysis
