About the Role

We're partnering with a global organisation that is continuing to invest in its Data & Analytics function and is looking to hire a Data Analyst to join its growing team.

This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where your insights will directly influence business strategy and operational decision-making. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions, transforming complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive performance and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using modern BI tools.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful analysis.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes, and business performance.
• Support strategic projects through ad hoc analysis and data-driven recommendations.
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and wider technology teams to improve reporting capabilities.

About You

• Experience working as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets.
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or another BI visualisation tool.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A passion for turning data into meaningful business insights.

Desirable Experience

• Experience with Python or R.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of data modelling and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis or predictive analytics.
