Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Augusta, Maine (Remote)
Type: 3-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Interview: Webcam Interview

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills. The role involves reviewing, verifying, and documenting data, as well as working across multiple projects with various data sources, business groups, and vendor partners.

Top 3 Required Skills:

  • 3+ years as a Data Analyst
  • 3-5 years' experience with data models and mining
  • Strong understanding of business rules from data analysis

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with XML, JavaScript, Oracle, SQL
  • PL/SQL scripting (creating custom scripts)
  • Familiarity with Star Schema and segmentation techniques

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Verify and document business rules from data associations across multiple sources.
  • Communication: Present findings clearly and translate complex data for both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Critical Thinking: Analyze trends and data, drawing conclusions while adapting to project changes.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure thoroughness in analysis and manage multiple projects simultaneously with shared data sources.
