This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong practical experience across the Microsoft Power Platform stack, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the solution performs reliably and continues to meet operational needs post-launch.
This role suits a technically capable Data Engineer with solid Power Platform experience who is equally comfortable maintaining a live product and contributing to ongoing build and enhancement activity in a fast-paced environment.

- Contribute to ongoing development and configuration of the Power Platform solution, including updates to Model Driven Apps, Dataverse tables and data structures
- Build, maintain and optimise Power Automate flows to support automated business processes and email workflows
- Manage and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, data integrity and platform configuration across the solution
- Support the development and maintenance of Power BI reporting, ensuring accurate and timely data is available to stakeholders
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, translate requirements into platform changes and ensure solutions remain fit for purpose
- Liaise with technical teams and third-party providers where required, including supporting integrations with external systems such as AWS-hosted services
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure changes are tracked and governed appropriately
Essential Skills
- Hands-on experience with Model Driven Power Apps, including configuration, customisation and ongoing support in a live environment
- Strong working knowledge of Power Automate, with proven experience building and maintaining automated flows for business processes
- Solid experience working with Dataverse, including table design, relationships, data modelling and platform administration
- Power BI experience, including report and dashboard development and data connectivity
- Comfortable working in both a support and development capacity, managing competing priorities across live incidents and ongoing build activity
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders clearly and effectively
- Experience working within structured delivery environments with appropriate change control and documentation practices
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and managing user permissions within the Power Platform
- Experience with SharePoint as a document or records management platform alongside Power Platform solutions
- Exposure to AWS-hosted systems or experience supporting integrations between Power Platform and external cloud services
- Experience supporting go-live and post-launch stabilisation phases of a product rollout
- Familiarity with MS Teams as a delivery channel for Power Platform applications
