Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Entry Specialist to efficiently input, update, and manage data across our digital systems. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong typing skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems Review and verify data to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information Perform regular audits and correct any data discrepancies Organize and manage digital files and records Generate reports and assist with basic data analysis tasks Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times Collaborate with team members to address and resolve data issues Required Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus) Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role Typing speed of + WPM with a high level of accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting A reliable internet connection and a designated workspace Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM or ERP systems Knowledge of data validation and data cleaning processes Basic skills in reporting and data analysis Key Competencies: Precision and accuracy Strong time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Self-motivation and independence Strong communication skills Work Environment: Fully remote position Flexible working hours (if applicable) Requires extended periods of computer use Compensation: Hourly rate: $30 $45 per hour (depending on experience and performance)
