Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Remote Data Entry Specialist to efficiently input, update, and manage data across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent typing speed, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems Review and verify data to ensure it is error-free and consistent Conduct regular data audits and perform necessary corrections Organize and manage digital files and records efficiently Generate reports and assist with basic data analysis tasks Uphold confidentiality when handling sensitive information Collaborate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies Required Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar role Typing speed of + WPM with high accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM or ERP systems Familiarity with data validation and cleaning processes Basic reporting or analytical skills Key Competencies: Accuracy and precision Strong time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Self-motivation and independence Effective communication skills Work Environment: Fully remote Flexible hours (if applicable) Requires prolonged computer use Compensation: Hourly Rate: $30 $45 per hour (based on experience and performance)
