Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, perform quality checks, and maintain reliable records while working independently in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct them Perform regular data audits and quality checks Compile, sort, and verify source documents before data entry Generate reports and extract data as requested Maintain confidentiality and comply with data security policies Coordinate with team members via online communication tools Organize and archive digital records for easy retrieval Required Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's/Bachelor's degree is a plus) Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles Strong typing speed with high accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Word Familiarity with database systems and CRM tools Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting Reliable internet connection and basic home office setup Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP or CRM platforms Knowledge of data validation and reporting tools Basic analytical skills Compensation: $30 $40 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Work Environment: 100% remote (work from home) Flexible scheduling depending on company needs Fully digital workflow with online collaboration tools
