Data Management Specialist (Profisee and Alation)

Role Title: Data Management Specialist (Profisee and Alation)

Location: London (2 days onsite/week)

Duration: 31/12/2026

Pay Rate: £456 per day all inc. (PAYE through Umbrella)

Role Description:

Technical Profisee resource with hands experience of Alation setup, configuration and tool hydration (to migrate existing Reference/master data to the tool):

- Hands-on experience in Profisee MDM implementation, configuration, and support for Master & Reference Data Management initiatives.

- Strong expertise in Alation setup, configuration, metadata management, data cataloging, and governance workflows.

- Experience in tool hydration/data migration, including onboarding, cleansing, and loading existing master and reference data into Profisee and Alation.

- Develop and manage data models, hierarchies, business glossaries, metadata, and governance policies within the platforms.

- Work closely with business, data governance, and technical teams to ensure successful data migration, integration, and adoption.

- Strong understanding of Data Governance, MDM, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Data Lineage, with excellent stakeholder communication skills
