Data Migration Analyst - Oracle Migration
  • Location: London (3 days onsite minimum)
  • Day Rate: £450 - £650 per day (Inside IR35)
  • Contract: Initial 6 months (likely extension)

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Analyst to support a large-scale transformation programme, migrating from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud. This is a critical role within a high-profile programme, where you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate, efficient, and secure data migration across HCM, Finance, and Procurement modules.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver end-to-end data migration activities from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion.
  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to support automated migration processes.
  • Perform source-to-target mapping (EBS Fusion) ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Lead and support data cleansing and data quality initiatives.
  • Monitor migration activities, troubleshooting issues including data quality, schema mismatches, and system compatibility.
  • Conduct data validation and post-migration testing to ensure integrity and completeness.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment across programme phases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience delivering Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion data migration projects.
  • Strong functional knowledge across HCM, Finance, Procurement (and ideally Payroll).
  • Hands-on experience building ETL processes and data pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets and multiple source systems.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with both technical and business teams.
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and working with sensitive data.
Additional Information:
  • Role requires onsite presence in London (minimum 3 days per week).
  • Candidates may be required to undergo CTC clearance due to data sensitivity.
  • Immediate focus on candidates with clear, demonstrable Oracle Fusion migration experience.
