Talent Today is supporting a key client in securing a top-tier Data Migration Programme Manager to lead a critical platform transition.

This is a high-pressure, high-impact role requiring someone who has delivered complex data migrations at pace and can take full ownership from day one.

• Lead end-to-end data migration programme from one onboarding platform to another
• Own planning, execution, governance, and delivery under tight timelines
• Manage data integrity, quality, and risk throughout the migration life cycle
• Coordinate across business, tech, and third-party stakeholders
• Ensure minimal disruption to BAU during transition

• Proven Data Migration Programme Manager with multiple successful deliveries
• Experience migrating between onboarding/customer/HR/financial platforms
• Strong background in data strategy, mapping, cleansing, and validation
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Excellent stakeholder management across senior business and technical teams
• Able to hit the ground running immediately

• Strong governance and programme control mindset
• Hands-on when needed, not just oversight
