Data Privacy Analyst - Privacy Assessments

12 Month Contract | Fully Remote | £240-£260 per day Inside IR35

Data Privacy Analyst required for a 12-month contract with a leading global professional services firm.

The role is fully remote, offers some flexibility with working hours, and would suit someone junior-to-mid level who is keen to develop further in data privacy.

Important: candidates must have experience working in a large, global and/or highly regulated organisation. Relevant backgrounds could include financial services, banking, insurance, pharma, healthcare, technology, software, legal, consulting, professional services or another compliance-led environment.

The role:

• Supporting privacy assessments and data protection administration
• Helping with GDPR/privacy compliance activity
• Logging, tracking and managing work through OneTrust or a similar system
• Supporting data mapping, RoPA and privacy workflow activity
• Working with business stakeholders to gather and record information accurately
• Supporting the day-to-day management of privacy compliance

Key skills/experience:

• Data privacy, data protection, compliance, risk, legal operations, data governance or regulatory experience
• Large/global/regulated organisation background
• Exposure to GDPR, DPIAs, RoPA, data mapping or privacy workflows
• Knowledge or experience of OneTrust or a similar privacy, compliance, risk, case management or workflow system
• Strong administration, documentation and organisation skills
• Technically comfortable and confident using systems
• Good communication skills

OneTrust experience (or similar systems) and privacy/data protection training or certification would be useful, but are not essential.

Contract details:

• 12 months initial contract
• Fully remote,
• Flexible hours
• Occasional London meet-ups
• Expected contractor rate around £240-£260 per day, Inside IR35
