Delivery Lead - Karbon Implementation Contract | Outside IR35 | £260/day | London (Hybrid) | Financial Services

A forward-thinking financial services firm is rolling out Karbon, a modern workflow management platform, across the business. As Delivery Lead, you will own the end-to-end implementation over a six-month engagement - taking the project from pilot through to full firm-wide roll-out. Working within the Digital and Technology Solutions team, you will coordinate internal stakeholders and a third-party vendor to ensure the platform lands well and gets used.

What you will be doing
Managing the full implementation life cycle - scoping the pilot, gathering and documenting stakeholder feedback, aligning priorities across teams, and driving the broader roll-out. You will build monitoring and reporting capabilities to track user adoption and performance, and lead change management activities to minimise disruption and embed the tool effectively into day-to-day working practices.

Location
