A well-established financial services firm is undertaking a significant modernisation programme - moving payroll operations from Legacy desktop systems onto a modern cloud-based platform. As Delivery Lead, you will own end-to-end project management across two workstreams: UK payroll consolidation launching mid-year, followed by Irish payroll consolidation. You will draw on learnings from the UK rollout to accelerate and de-risk the Ireland programme, working closely with infrastructure, architecture, and payroll teams alongside external vendors.

What you will be doing
Leading scoping, planning and phased delivery of both payroll migrations - ensuring weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll deadlines are met throughout. You will manage vendor relationships, oversee data migration activities, drive change management, and build reporting and monitoring capabilities to track migration progress and user adoption.

Location
Primarily remote with a weekly presence at the London office. Some UK travel will be required during key migration phases.
