You will be joining a multi-year transformation programme that is central to how services are delivered at a national level. The work is complex, high-impact, and visible at the senior stakeholder level, with clear support for delivery excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years of delivery management experience in complex environments
• Strong utilities sector experience (energy, telecoms, water, or similar regulated industries)
• Proven experience managing third-party vendors and suppliers in large-scale programmes
• Ability to lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation or infrastructure programmes
• Strong stakeholder management experience at the senior executive level
