Design Manager

Design Manager - £278 - £323 per day Inside IR35 - 3 Month - Glasgow (Remote)

One of Lorien's key public sector clients is looking for a Design Manager to join their team on an initial 3-month contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and supporting a team of designers
• Overseeing design workflow, prioritisation, and delivery of projects
• Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to scope and prioritise design requests
• Ensuring high-quality design output across branding, publications, and internal communications
• Supporting delivery across a range of assets including reports, learning materials, and digital content

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience managing or leading design teams
• Strong background in graphic design/communications design
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and balance workload demand
• Solid experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in public sector or regulated environments is beneficial
