Role Overview We are seeking an IT Support Technician to assist users with technical issues and maintain workstation equipment. The role involves troubleshooting systems, resolving incidents, and coordinating with vendors when advanced support is required. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first or second point of contact for user technical support requests. Escalate and coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve complex audio/visual or technical issues. Keep users informed about the progress and resolution of reported problems. Document and update all incidents within the ticketing system. Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office, along with approved desktop applications such as Cisco Jabber. Provide basic support for macOS users when needed. Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot printers and workstation hardware. Perform routine maintenance for desktops, laptops, and printers to ensure reliability. Repair or replace faulty components on authorized computer equipment and peripherals. Use diagnostic utilities to identify and resolve network connectivity and system performance issues. Demonstrate general IT knowledge including networking, servers, AV systems, mobile devices, and telecommunications. Work effectively within a project-driven environment and assist with technology-related initiatives when required. OSS Support Window (Local Time): 9:00 AM 5:00 PM OSS Model: Scheduled Annual Visits: 30 confirmed (Plus ad hoc visits as and when requested)T Twin Falls, Idaho site visit is weekly half day.
