PC Technician (Every Monday IT Support Team) We are looking for a skilled and reliable PC Technician to support our IT team on a weekly basis (every Monday). The role focuses on providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across multiple systems and devices. The ideal candidate has experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, computer hardware management, networking fundamentals, and IT support tools such as Active Directory, SCCM, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). Strong problem-solving skills, customer service skills, and familiarity with network security, VPNs, firewalls, and Windows Server environments are required. This role is essential in maintaining IT infrastructure, assisting users, and improving system performance through effective troubleshooting and documentation.
